What should I do when the ground container alarm symbol on my TrueBrew is showing solid on my display?

When the ground container alarm is activated, it indicates the need to empty both the ground container and the disposal water container.

1. Gently pull the drip tray straight out to gain easy access to the containers and infuser. The symbol will start blinking.

2. Empty both containers.

3. Reinsert the containers back into the unit.

4. Push the drip tray back into the machine. The light should now be off.

In some instances, the symbol may appear even if there are no grounds or water visible in the containers upon removing the drip tray. Please wait for 10 seconds before reinserting the drip tray to clear the alarm. Note that attempting to reinsert the drip tray before the 10 seconds elapse will keep the alarm light on.
