Lights and alarms |
The descaling alarm stays on after the cleaning cycle has finished. The customer tried to descale their unit and at the end of the process, the alarm is still active. ● it is likely they did not do all the steps or the cycle was interrupted. ● The descaling process is different on all machines. Refer to the manual. |
Descaling |
Please note: It is possible to make an extra descaling cycle by pressing the RINSE button for 3 seconds |
Unit is showing error message " FILL COFFEE BEANS CONTAINER "- but it has beans. |
The alarm is triggered when the beans are running out. This message may also indicate that the unit needs more beans. If you added some beans but they are under the sensor the alarm will still appear. If you already filled the beans container to its max capacity and you are still getting this error message it could be a problem with the sensor. There is no troubleshooting for this. |

Truebrew - Brewing temperatures |
Brewing temperatures at extraction: Temp 1 - 90 °C degrees (+/-2°) Temp 2 - 92 °C degrees (+/-2°) Temp 3 - 94 °C degrees (+/-2°) Te Bean Extract Technology automatically sets all the brewing parameters including temperature based on the chosen brewing style and size. The temperature will vary +-2°C degrees depending on the selected recipe. The in-cup temperatures will be lower due to the extraction and delivery process. It may vary due to brew size and individual factors. If you prefer a hotter in-cup coffee we recommend to pre-warm your cup before brewing. |
