We have to determine if the warranty could be applied, If not the repair/replacement has to be out of pocket.

Display error message/lights/acoustic signal

" HT " error

The " HT " error message means something is causing the unit to overheat. It stands for High Temperature. To clear this error message, make sure the unit is not covered by anything such as clothes or drapery if it is hung on the wall.

If the unit is being used on the floor, please make sure the feet are properly assembled on the unit.

If the feet are not properly assembled, the air cannot pass through the unit which will cause overheating.

What is a ceramic heater and how does it work?

The display shows a blinking dot and

you could hear a "beep"

The appliance could be tipped over or is positioned in an improper way.

Make sure the appliance is standing upright on a flat surface. Position the appliance correctly

The display shows "PF"

The temperature sensor is malfunctioning. The machine needs to go to a Service Center.

Doesn't heat

• If your fan heater model is equipped with a timer, and you would like to use the heater in bypassing the timer mode, make sure all the timer elements (teeth) are toggled outwards "ON position". Refer to the manual to confirm if there is a timer on this model.

• Some models have a switch on the bottom. Make sure the unit is on a flat surface. The surface needs to activate the button. 

• Make sure the thermostat is set to a higher temperature.

• Check that the outlet being utilized has power and the unit is fully plugged into the outlet

• If the unit is equipped with a GFI plug, unplug the unit and press the reset button before plugging in.
