What is a ceramic heater and how does it work?

Ceramic heaters provide instant and quick heat. The technology is highly efficient because energy consumption is reduced as the temperature increases. Air is forced by a fan system to pass through a ceramic heating element and it is distributed into the room. Some models can also be used for cool air in the summer and some models include a timer. Many of our models include aneco-function as well as a remote control so you can manage your comfort and energy consumption from a distance. Some of our models have a timer and an oscillating base for broader heat distribution.

Doesn't heat

• If your fan heater model is equipped with a timer, and you would like to use the heater in bypassing the timer mode, make sure all the timer elements (teeth) are toggled outwards "ON position". Refer to the manual to confirm if there is a timer on this model.

• Some models have a switch on the bottom. Make sure the unit is on a flat surface. The surface needs to activate the button. 

• Make sure the thermostat is set to a higher temperature.

• Check that the outlet being utilized has power and the unit is fully plugged into the outlet

• If the unit is equipped with a GFI plug, unplug the unit and press the reset button before plugging in.
