Leaking water/oil/gas/steam

The problem needs to ask the customer to open the service door, disconnect the coffee drawer and check if it's moving freely. Thoroughly clean the mobile drawer, particularly near the hinges to ensure they are free to swing smoothly.

The brewing unit needs to perform an encoder reset. 

Remove the brewing unit and check if it is easy to use.

Coffee doesn't flow

1. Perform a rinse function. By performing that we need to check if there is no coffee coming out from the coffee spout.

2. if no water comes out: make sure the water tank is fully inserted and has water.

3. Make sure the coffee spout is clean.

4. Make sure the brewing unit is clean or clean it. 

The coffee comes out too quickly

Possible Causes:

• The coffee is ground too fine.

• The machine uses too little coffee during infusion.

Turn the grinding adjustment knob one click counter-clockwise.  Turn the espresso/coffee flavor knob a little clockwise.

Grinding problems

Ground container will not set: You must remove the bottom tray first, remove the ground container and place it back in to reset the positioning and then the tray can be placed back as well.

Doesn't follow function/programs

Check if the customer is following the correct instructions from the manual.

Descale light won't go off 

This alarm is associated with coffee not flowing or not coming out. 

Possible causes: Issue with the water flow. 

If there is no coffee coming out please follow “Coffee doesn't flow: instructions.

Display error message/lights/acoustic signal

This may cause Steaming issues. Look at Steaming issues section.

Noisy/ Vibration

Noise

1. Where is the noise coming from?

2. Is this a brand-new machine you just purchased? If yes: It might be a normal noise. Keep in mind the grinder makes a noise when it is grinding. 

3. Did you not hear this noise before?

Vibration

• The water tank is empty: Fill the tank

• The tank is not correctly in place and the valve on the bottom is not open: Press the tank down lightly to open the valve on the bottom

Infuser problems

The infuser cannot be removed for cleaning.: The machine is on. The infuser can only be removed if the machine is off. Turn the machine off. 

Attempting to remove the infuser with the machine on will risk causing damage.

Quality of coffee (watery...)

• Check if the customer is following the correct procedures when making coffee.

• It could be a grinding problem or coffee doesn’t flow.
