Make sure the heating elements are inserted into the body correctly. Make sure the plug is inserted into the unit correctly. Make sure the plastic tab on the body didn’t break off and is being inserted into the element piece Push the reset button, found on the back of the heating element assembly.

Oil All over and dripping down the side
If this happens, check that the consumer is using the right amount of oil. (Oil MIN-MAX levels) Make sure they are using the correct amount of food Frozen food will cause overflow if there is too much oil and food in the basket.
The oil is spilling over the top of my fryer
There are several reasons this can happen.- Check that the food is as dry as possible before placing it into the fryer. Check the level does not exceed the maximum level indicated and that you're not overfilling the unit.
