Where is it coming from? Back: One of the stoppers is not positioned correctly. Front: Make sure the tank is not overflowing. Gas: The machine will not work. It will be associated with a not working problem.

My unit is not collecting water
Check that your set humidity level is lower than the current humidity level this can be found on the units display after being plugged in and turned on On units without a digital display, set the humidistat to the lowest setting. The room temperature can affect the amount of moisture in the air thus resulting in a room with a higher humidity level but without moisture to collect. Try to run the unit in a different room that has a warmer temperature.
Unit is not pumping out the water through the tube ( only models with the pump feature)
Please check the pump setting on the unit is activated Check this by making sure button is pressed and it shows active on the display Pump icon is flashing on the display Follow these steps: Check that the hose is not clogged or kinked. Check that the height to pump it out is within 15 feet. Check that the hose is connected at the proper outlet on the unit Try to disconnect and reconnect again. Power unit off, unplug the unit for 5 seconds, then plug back in. Turn the unit back on and activate the pump feature. If icon still flashes send to service center

Defrost symbol flashing When the symbol flashes it means the internal components are too cold to operate efficiently and the unit will automatically go into defrost mode to correct this. The unit will automatically switch on when this operation is completed The tank light will not go out
If the tank light on your dehumidifier will not go out please check the following:- Remove the tank, ensure it is empty, and replace- Check that the fill level float is inserted properly. This part indicates when the tank is full. If your dehumidifier is new, the float lever may have become dislocated during transit
