Leaking water/oil/gas/steam

Where is it coming from?

Back: One of the stoppers is not positioned correctly.

Front: Make sure the tank is not overflowing.

Gas: The machine will not work. It will be associated with a not working problem.

Doesn't follow function/programs

  1. My unit is not collecting water

  • Check that your set humidity level is lower than the current humidity level this can be found on the unit display after being plugged in and turned on

  • On units without a digital display, set the humidistat to the lowest setting.

  • The room temperature can affect the amount of moisture in the air thus resulting in a room with a higher humidity level but without moisture to collect.  Try to run the unit in a different room that has a warmer temperature.
