Operation advice

My bread is flat and not rising properly Some tips for good bread are:

• Make sure the program selected on the unit was for the correct recipe you chose

• Make sure ingredients are fresh

• Make sure the yeast and salt are kept separate until mixing

• Make sure when you load and start the unit you pour in all LIQUID  ingredients first, then dry.

• DO NOT open the lid when the unit is in rising mode

Automatic ingredient release in the lid

• The unit has an area in the lid where you can put items such as nuts, raisins, bacon, etc. and this lid will open by itself to release the ingredients into the dough when ready. If this doesn’t happen check the lid is clean and nothing is obstructing it.

• Make sure the container is in place correctly.

Display error message/lights/acoustic signal

E:01

The oven chamber is too hot. Unplug and allow to cool down for 30 minutes.

H:HH & E:EE appears on display and the machine does not operate.

The bread machine is malfunctioning.

Temperature sensor error.
