Leaking water/oil/gas/steam

The unit is leaking from the bottom of the jug

  • If this happens, make sure the blade assembly is tight in the glass jar.

  • Check that the gasket is in place found under the blade assembly.

Doesn't follow function/programs

The blades inside the container are not turning

 If this happens check the following:

  • Make sure the jug is placed on the unit correctly.

  • If the blade assembly has red tabs, make sure the red tabs are pushed out to lock it in place. Also, check the base is tight in the glass.

  • Always make sure the lid is secure and is placed especially if the unit has an interlock system. 

  • Also check the jug is in place and if it has the interlock system.

Does not switch on (no power)

  • Check if the customer is operating the unit properly.

  • Check that the outlet being utilized has power and the unit is fully plugged into the outlet
