Please be informed that effective immediately, we will replace Truebrew units instead of sending them for repair. Troubleshooting is still required, as this helps the consumer enjoy their unit quickly.

If no troubleshooting training or resources are available to address the concern, please ensure that you quickly move on to a replacement as a resolution.

Again, this does not mean we do not troubleshoot, it just means we need to better understand when troubleshooting is ineffective. When a replacement is necessary, all efforts should be made to reduce any frustration, confusion, wait, or complexity for all customers with a Truebrew unit.

We MUST prioritize all cases to be resolved with the utmost urgency and above all other cases.
