Encoder Reset Steps

  1. Ensure that the unit is plugged in and powered off

  2. Pull out the water tank

  3. When the prompts asking you to insert the water tank appear, touch the four corners of the screen in the order shown in the image below:

Note: Touch each corner one at a time in a quick sequence; if not, you will have to start over.

  1. Reinsert the water tank

  2. Select Reset Encoder from the menu on the screen. You will have a short time to choose this selection

  3. You will see a message Reset Encoder Done

  4. The screen turns black

  5. Power on the unit and test
