Start by having the unit plugged in and only the main switch found in the back of the unit on. The front power button must be off. Pull out the drip tray Press and hold the LENGHT, STRENGTH, SETTING, and BACK Replace the drip tray Press the "RESET ENCODER" Turn on the front power button of the unit
