Encoder Reset Steps:

• Start by having the unit plugged in and only the main switch found in the back of the unit on. The front power button must be off.
• Pull out the drip tray
• Press and hold the coffee size button, latte macchiato button, and one cup button.
• Display should show " select test "
• Release the buttons once the message appears,  push in the drip tray.
• Press the Milk button
• Turn on the front power button of the unit
