Encoder/Factory Reset Steps

• Start by having the unit plugged in and only the main switch found in the back of the unit on. The side power button must be off.
• Open the service door
• Press and hold the coffee size button, cappuccino button, and one cup button.
• Display should show " select test "
• Release the buttons once the message appears and close the door.
• Press the Latte Macchiato button
• Turn on the front power button of the unit
