DHL didn't pick up

DIDN'T PICK UP?

WHEN A CUSTOMER CONTACTS US REGARDING A MACHINE THAT WAS NOT COLLECTED FOR REPAIR AND A LABEL WAS CREATED WITH ACCURATE INFORMATION, PLEASE DO NOT CREATE ANOTHER LABEL THAT MAY INCUR EXTRA EXPENSE FOR US.

THE REASON THIS MAY HAPPEN IS DUE TO THE PERSON IN CHARGE TO PICK UP MACHINE, REPORTED THAT ADDRESS WAS NOT FOUND.

1 Log in

At the time you log in, click "Ver todos los envíos" on the right side part of the screen.

2 Search

Go to the magnifying glass icon and look for the "Folio AME" using the WAYBILL number that was generated when creating the label.

3 Display info

Click on the highlighted WAY BILL number and Folio AME will be provided.

4 Escalate

Send an email to your supervisor/QA with ticket information, Folio AME, Label PDF, and last update, so this could be escalated with Estefanía and wait for a response on how to proceed.
