Yes, you have the flexibility to adjust the water temperature specifically for the coffee, and there are two options: Standard and High. Opting for high temperature will result in a maximum adjustment of only 2°C.

To make this adjustment:

1. Ensure the machine is on and ready, and set the mode selection dial to Espresso.

2. Press and hold both the "x 2" and "My" coffee buttons simultaneously for at least 3 seconds to access the water temperature setting.

3. The "water tank" and "tamp" lights will flash alternately, while the "temperature" light remains steadily on. This indicates that you can now choose your desired temperature setting.

4. Press the button corresponding to your preferred temperature, and the machine is now ready for use.
