  • Q. Which De'Longhi products offer an additional year of warranty with product registration?

    A. ONLY Fully Automatics, TrueBrew, and La Specialista lines in the US & Canada.

    *NO OTHER PRODUCTS UNDER THE DE'LONGHI BRAND OFFER THIS BENEFIT

  • Q. What are the best resources to locate the length of the warranty?

    A. Always reference the De'Longhi website and Salsify for warranty information. (Salsify will have more products for warranty information as the site will only show what is currently sold.)

  • Q. What is another way to determine if the warranty is still active besides the Proof of Purchase?

    A. Verify the serial number and a range of what month they possibly purchased it around

  • Q. Is there a grace period at the end of a product's warranty?

    A. There is a grace period of 3 months, but we do NOT under any circumstances, divulge this information to our customers. This is internal information ONLY. (This grace period can be used as a strong customer service tool to de-escalate any frustration regarding warranty.)

  • Q. How would I search for warranty information about our Braun products?

    A. Similar to De'Longhi; you can use Braun's website along with Salsify

    Please note

    We do not just replace parts that are broken because the unit is under warranty. The warranty protects broken items if they arrive damaged and are within the out-of-box period. Please probe to see why and how it was damaged. If the customer has had the unit for months and the carafe is now broken, we do not replace it with a warranty. Provide the customer with the Encompass.com website to obtain a new part out of pocket.
