Priming issues

Ensure we never communicate to customers that a priming issue is due to an air bubble preventing the water from passing through because the unit was sitting too long at the warehouse.

Keep in mind that this does not help solve the customer´s issue. This misinformation could also be damaging to our business, with Williams Sonoma deciding to return all units that may have been sitting at the warehouse for too long.

New improvements

From September to October, you should start to receive calls for Truebrew that will have some improvements.

1) The pre-ground process is different. Just choose the pre-ground," put in the coffee, and press the "brew" button to start the process.

2) The presence of a small red tray inside the unit to collect additional water drops. The only thing to know is that to easily remove the tray, you must remove the brewing unit. You can remove it without removing the brewing unit by tilting the tray and pulling it out, but the best way is to remove the brewing unit first.

You can identify them by looking at the units released from July 2023 onward. Any units manufactured on or after that date will incorporate these enhancements, which are indicated by their serial numbers.

The new tray is not in the exploded view yet but also cannot be inserted on current units because the drip tray is different.
