Transitioning Photo Mode to Video Mode in Techsee

Unable to use the Techsee video mode? Can you just take photos?

This error mainly occurs due to bandwidth issues.

Here are some tips to follow:

  1. Before starting a Techsee video session, inform the customer that they must have good and stable internet connection in order to successfully start. 

  2. In case the Techsee video mode is forcing to stay in photo mode, please advise the customer to turn their wifi on/off or move closer to the wifi router.
