Subject Field Reminder

It is important that in all phone interactions, you edit the 'subject' field in CTI. You should delete what the system generates automatically, 'Callfrom1234566,' and enter the reason for the call.

For example, 'Grinding issues,' 'Descaling issues,' 'Product Comparison,' 'General inquiry,' etc.

The heading of the ticket must match what the customer is bringing to your attention.
