Remember to always validate if there is an existing CAT agent in C4C when creating a subticket, you must also send the PDF version of the label to the customer.

Step 1.

Go to Involved Parties and click on "add"

Step 2.

Select "CAT" under role. Under name, click on the "switch window icon" to obtain the list of authorized Service Centers

Step 3.

Look for the correct Service Center and click on it to select it.

Step 4.

Click on Add to save the selected CAT

Step 5.

Make sure the CAT agent has been added to Involved Parties
