QA Score Revision Process

Please address any QA score revision requests directly to your supervisor, while also copying the Operations distribution list for your team. If you're from the GUA team, please refrain from including Miramar's team, and vice versa. If your supervisor is unavailable, the lead supervisor will assign the review to another supervisor to ensure completion within the designated timeframe. Please keep in mind that you can refer to the process on Stonly (below) at any time for guidance.
