Magnifica evo not frothing
Bates Repair Center has reported that they are still receiving daily at least one of sometimes two units, ECAM29084 or ECAM29063, for not frothing, and the main issue is just a lack of cleaning of the coupling on the carafe assembly.
Ensure you are always troubleshooting correctly because we are sending units for repair or free parts like couplings or carafes when the only thing to solve the issue is cleaning all the carafe pieces properly.
