Carry out the following steps to troubleshoot the issue.
 

  • Make sure the plastic coupling is not broken.

  • Make sure to clean the plastic coupling.

  • The product has a sensor to recognize when there is no milk inside the carafe (also if using alternative milk which is too clear (water-like) could not detect the liquid).

  • Make sure to fully disassemble the carafe and clean it as described in the following
