La Specialista troubleshooting tip

If you get a call stating they are having grinding issues with any of the La Specialista line units, please ensure that you have the customer follow these troubleshooting steps:

  1. Remove all beans from the container

  2. Remove burr

  3. Remove any residue of beans and grounds

  4. Clean the Smart Tamping Station.

If the customer does not have the wire brush, order it for them. Remember to open the shutter to push any coffee grounds from the unit. See the GIF.

  1. Performing these steps will resolve most of the issues with the unit not grinding at all or not grinding enough.
