La Specialista Prestigio and Maestro using the non-pressurized filter cup
Per BATES repair, customers must use the non-pressurized filter cup part number AS00002564.
Using the pressurized filter will cause issues with the unit not brewing coffee or not reaching the optimal zone.
Correct Part
If the customer has this part, please educate them and order them the correct part. Do not send the unit for repair to gauge issues until we have tested it with the correct filter cup.
