La Specialista Line of Units not completing Descaling

  • Action: If the descaling will not be completed for the LaSpecialista unit, check the black floater (see pic below) is not missing or damaged. If it is, then replace the tank. This floater may cause issues with the unit's sensors' ability to move on in the descaling cycle. If the issue persists and we have filled the tank to max then the task to repair, just ensure that we did not miss a step. Remember the unit has to go through a rinse cycle and the tank needs to be filled to the max line.
