When handling tickets and the correspondence was reported via a bot escalation, kindly remember not to remove the data entered in the "TICKET DESCRIPTION" field. Your internal notes should not take the place of this information since it is essential to comprehending the reported problem. Only in cases where there is no information required must the ticket description be completed; AI will use this to classify the ticket.

It is critical that the description filed at the conclusion of the call includes the notes taken in the call log window.
