Unrepairable item by Service Center (in Warranty)
If a service center notifies DeLonghi that a unit in warranty cannot be repaired, proceed the following way:
1) if it is less than 6 months old (based on POP),
> If the same first-quality unit is available in SAP, follow the replacement process, if not,
> Offer a first-quality comparable model, if the unit is accepted follow the replacement process.
> If nothing is available to replace, please refund.
2) if it is older than 6 months old (based on POP)
> Offer a recertified unit, same model or comparable, if accepted follow the replacement process, if not
> Offer a first-quality unit, same model or comparable, if the unit is accepted follow the replacement process, if not
> If nothing is available to replace, please refund.
If the original unit is recertified, the first-quality unit should not be offered only a recertified.
