Leaking water/oil/gas/steam

The unit is leaking from the bottom of the jug

• If this happens, make sure the blade assembly is tight in the glass jar

• check that the gasket is in place found under the blade assembly.

Doesn't follow function/programs

Check the position of the pitcher. The pitcher handle should be on the right or left side of the motor body.

Does not switch on (no power)

• Check if the customer is operating the unit properly.

• Check that the outlet being utilized has power and the unit is fully plugged into the outlet
