Replacements Process Guide

In the C4C dashboard, you can locate “Follow-up,” “In Process,” and “Customer Action” tickets. You will be working on the bucket assigned.

Internal Escalation

In the “Internal Escalation” column, click the double arrow icon to display sort options and a search box.

Replacements

Type “Replacements” in the search box and hit enter.

Use the same process for the following category headers:

  • Internal Escalation – Repairs or Replacement

  • Team – US or CA

  • Reported on – sort ascending or descending based on supervisor guidance

  • Click the ticket number to start.
