Refurbished PAC warranty

When a consumer contacts us for a refurbished portable air conditioner, please make sure it is one of our refurbished units which has an "X" at the end of the model on the rating label (i.e. PACAN125HPEKC-X) and has a 90-day warranty

If the unit has on the rating label a "SON" between the word "PAC" and the model (i.e. PACSONEL290HLWKC), the unit has a 30-day warranty, is not handled by De Longhi, and needs to tell the customer to contact the proper call center at www.consumerservicerefurbish.com or call 562-946-3531
