Refurbished PAC warranty

When a consumer contacts us for a refurbished portable air conditioner, please make sure it is one of our refurbished units which they have an "X" at the end of the model on the rating label (i.e. PACAN125HPEKC-X) which they have 90-day warranty

If the unit has on the rating label a "SON" between the word "PAC" and the model (i.e. PACSONEL290HLWKC, see photo below) the unit has 30 day warranty and not handled by De Longhi and needs to tell the customer to contact the proper call center at www.consumerservicerefurbish.com or call 562-946-3531
