Do we do price matching with our authorized Retail Stores?

We strive to always offer our customers the best value for our product. From time to time, our retail partners may offer temporary markdowns or discounts, but we do not match those prices.

E-commerce

We state in our email communication that discounts can't be applied to previous purchases; however, if someone purchases something within 10 days of the sale/discount code being issued, we will honor the sale and refund them the difference between what they paid and what they would've paid. Escalate ticket e-commerce to get a refund for the difference in price.
