If an out-of-box unit issue arises in Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico, we will not initiate the retrieval process during the initial incident. Should the same customer report a similar problem with the replacement unit, each case will be individually assessed. The evaluation will take into account factors such as the unit type and the nature of the issue. Ultimately, a decision will be made and escalated to De'Longhi Corporate for a final determination.
