Ordering parts in Encompass

Out of warranty Orders

  1. Search by part number

  • If in stock, provide the customer with the information to place the order on the website, or over the phone with Encompass.

  • If the part is on backorder or not available, they can place the order and when the part is back in stock it will ship out and they will be charged at that point.

  1. If the part is not available at all and there is no ETA- apologize and offer 20% off a new unit if the part is imperative to the units’ operation.

Extended Warranty form

Extended warranty is good for (2) additional years.

Customers may purchase it by following instructions on the paper that is sent in the box with their unit.

Extended warranties purchased from a retailer must be honored by that store or website. De’Longhi did not sell it- therefore De’Longhi will not honor it. The customer must go back to where the extended warranty was purchased.
