Online registration
The additional 1-year warranty only applies to certain machines, and it will be noted in your packaging. You need to register your product before the original warranty expires to receive the additional warranty.
Note:
Once the original warranty expires, you can register but will not receive the additional 1-year warranty
We can walk customers through that process, but we cannot complete any online registrations for them.
The customer is allowed to register the unit for an additional year warranty on qualified units at any point as long as it is under warranty
The customer must have the following information ready:
Personal Information
Full name
Email address
Phone number
Mailing address
Date of birth
Model number
Purchase date and Retailer’s name (if applicable)

Click on “Product Registration”, you may find this option in the right upper corner of your screen.
Fill in all the information required
You have to agree to our terms and conditions by selecting the box. Last click on “submit registration”
The customer will have the option to upload the POP. This process can be skipped by selecting the option “No thanks”.
The customer will receive a confirmation of the registration.
To validate if a unit was register in C4C
Go to the customer’s profile and look for the “Registered Products” box.
