My unit is not brewing at all (no water coming from brew head). What can I do?

If the unit requires priming, follow these steps:

  1. Open the steam valve fully and ensure that there is water in the unit.

  2. Initiate the coffee brewing cycle.

  3. Normally, water would come from the brew head, but because the valve is open, water will emerge from the steam knob.

  4. Allow it to run for 5 seconds.

  5. At this point, only close the steam valve, leaving the unit in the coffee-making mode.

  6. Water should now be redirected from the steam wand, and then it will start to come out of the brew head.

  7. Check if the boiler is clogged; refer to the manual for instructions on how to clean it.

  8. Examine the filter for any clogs and ensure it is correctly assembled.

  9. Test with a different filter to determine if the issue persists.

  10. If the problem persists, the unit may require descaling. Follow the descaling instructions in the manual.
