I want to return my order

If there is nothing wrong with the unit and the order was placed within the 30-day return period, advise the customer that they may return any not-used item in its original packaging. We do not provide a return label for this issue; the customer is to follow the return instructions and use the form provided in their shipment. If they don't have the return form anymore you can email them a form.
