How to handle new brand models in the market.

It is important for De'Longhi Group to evaluate new models or categories before replacing or sending them for service.
During the initial phase of market introduction, if a product is repairable or is an auto replacement, instead of following the usual protocol and sending it for servicing or discarding it, the unit must be replaced and sent back to De'Longhi Group for analysis.
The quantity or criteria is based on De'Longhi Group guidelines, which are determined by the model and reason for the call.
