Fryers

  1. How can I clean my fryer?

The fryer cleaning should be performed when the machine is cold and unplugged. There are different kinds of cleaning depending on the model:

Traditional fryers with removable tubs:

  • It is possible to empty the oil and perform the filtering operation outside the machine. The tub (if removable) and the lid (after removing the filters) can be washed in the dishwasher.

Traditional fryers with Easy Clean System:

  • Draining the cold oil is easy and fast, thanks to a special tube. Some types of traditional fryers also have removable tubs.

Traditional fryers ``Total Clean System'':

  • All the components of these models, tub, basket, lid, and fryer body (plastic structure) are dishwasher safe, except the block resistance.

Cool-Zone fryers:

  • The removable tub and the lid (only after the extraction of filters) can be washed in the dishwasher.

  • The basket (for each model) should be cleaned thoroughly with a stiff non-abrasive sponge. Do not use any corrosive cleaning, just water, and soap.

  • The body cleaning is carried out with a damp cloth except for model "Total Clean System '' which can be put in the dishwasher.
