Encompass Canadian Orders Process

The process of ordering parts for Canadian customers has changed.

Complete the following steps and ensure that you are NOT logged in.

• In the header where you see the American flag (Regional Settings), click on the flag icon to open the settings page.

• In the Country field, select Canada from the drop-down list.

• Sign in with the user account for Canada.

• After you add the part, you may be prompted with a lower price equivalent. Click the image or scroll down to locate the lower-cost option.

• Select "Add to Cart" to proceed with checkout.
