Discount codes
Discount codes are offered to customers as a promotion, alternate resolution or as a courtesy for USA and Canada customers.
If we are required to provide a discount code, we must ensure that the customer will use the discount to purchase something from Delonghi or Braun within a week.
Discount codes can be requested through our support Channels. We offer discount codes of 20%, 30% and 40%.
You may use the following message template:
“May I please get a (BRAND) (PERCENTAGE) discount for (COUNTRY); ticket #:”
We must document in the ticket notes the reason why the coupon was offered. Usually, it is due to the unit being out of warranty and not working.
How to apply a Discount code
To use it, the customer needs to enter their code in the box on the right side of the checkout page and click "Apply". The customers will see the discount applied, if not (invalid code, run code) an error message will be displayed.
