CERTIFIED REMANUFACTURED REPLACEMENT PROGRAM for Portable Air Conditioner

• Customers with any verified in-warranty Portable air conditioner will have the option to receive a Remanufactured Certified Unit instead of sending their unit to a Service Center (if the customer is further than 30 miles or 50 Km from a service center).

• Customers must fully accept the terms of the remanufactured replacement program (see below).

• Recertified units will be shipped to customers.

 Eligibility:

• The customer has a unit within the original warranty (POP has been verified).

• If the customer is under the sealed system warranty, this program does not apply.

• Troubleshooting has not corrected the issue with the unit.

• The customer does not want to send the unit for service.

• Missing or Broken parts on a unit do not qualify for this program.

• Out-of-warranty units do not qualify for this program.

Terms:

• The warranty for the Recertified unit swap program is based on the original unit the customer purchased.

• There are no extensions to the original unit's warranty.

How to select the recertified unit to send

• Same model or

• Same characteristics different color or

• Same BTU but more features (heat pump vs. not, Wi-Fi vs. not, whisper cool vs. not) or

• Same or better feature but less BTU (may customer accept a 13500 heat pump vs. the original 14000 without heat pump)
