BO - Out of Stock Process
If customer is in US, you can check both warehouses, if one has the unit, they will ship it to the customer.
We can use SAP to search for actual stock in the warehouse in order to offer other model to the customer:
We will use the SAP code a little differently to search for machines:
We will use the first 4 digits of the SAP code to look for all coffee machines in the warehouse, that are similar to the customer´s.
You have to enter the information like this:
0132*
DNJ1 / DCA1 / DON1 (plant to verify)
W001 (US) OR
0001 (CA)
Also you may select the option “Material Group”, according to the following list:

With this information, you can verify with SAP code if there is stock in CO09 option in SAP, and you can verify features of the machine in Salsify or Delonghi.com
Please Note: Even if the same model appears, remember that stock is allocated for other purposes (e-commerce, Amazon, etc.)
