What to do when the customer has not recieved the OOW prepaid label via email?

In case the customer cannot find the pre-paid label to send the unit for repair after purchasing the out-of-warranty package, please ask to check the spam folder. Otherwise, you can search the Stonly folder (guide below) to find the customer's pre-paid label.
