Second unit replacement validation
For all second unit replacements regarding Fully Automatics and La Specialistas, we must always have the defective unit retrieved (or in transit) before processing a second replacement. The shipping status can be validated on the FedEx website with the tracking ID.
For auto-replaced units (not La Specialistas or Fully Automatics), we must obtain evidence that the unit was disabled (a cord-cut photo) before proceeding with another replacement.
