Proper time frame for Refund ecommerce orders
3-5 weeks for a paycheck refund to be processed.
It takes 14 days for us to process an e-commerce refund, which will be reflected on a credit card within 30 days. Depending on the financial institution, this can take up to two billing cycles.
We cannot escalate the refund for E-commerce return refunds if the unit was returned less than 14 days ago. If the unit was purchased within one year of their calling, we will refund it to the debit/credit card. Process times: 10-14 business days.
