OOW package label process
At the time the customer purchases the oow package, the system will send a notification with the label so they can be sent the unit to Bates. Normally, we do not create these orders since this is done through the website, but there are some cases when cm states they did not receive the label to send the unit. BO agents send the label through FedEx. We must not create labels for these types of orders.
